SEQUOIA PATHWAY ACADEMY 2010-2011 STUDENT SUPPLY LIST
These are the recommended supplies for the 2010-2011 school year.

Kindergarten
1 pkg of 6 sided #2 pencils, 1 pkg of pencil top erasers, 2 large pink erasers, 2 boxes of 24 count crayons, 1 box of 12 washable markers, 1 pkg of large dry-erase markers (black,blue,red,green), child-safe scissors (rounded tips w/metal blade), 12 glue sticks, 4  two pocket folders  (red, blue, green, yellow), 1 RED PLASTIC/DURABLE FOLDER with two pockets., 1 box sealable sandwich bags, 1 box sealable gallon size plastic bags, 1 box facial tissue, 1 roll paper towels, 1 box wet wipes, 1 pkg disinfectant wipes, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.

First Grade
2 boxes of 24 count crayons, 3 boxes of Kleenex, 1 pair of child-safe scissors (round tip), 1 bottle of white school glue, 1 glue stick, 10-12 yellow #2 pencils, 1 rectangular eraser, 1 wide ruled composition journal, 1 box of gallon size sealable baggies, 1 box sandwich size sealable baggies, 1 durable two pocket  plastic folder with brads, 1 pencil box, 1 – 8 count box of colored markers, 1 small individual white board, 5 dry-erase markers, 1 old sock (to be used as an eraser cloth), 1 bottle of waterless hand sanitizer, 1 container of antibacterial wipes/baby wipes, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.

Second Grade
1 box of crayons -24 count, glue sticks pack of 4, 2 GREEN textured poly 2-pocket folders with fasteners, 2 composition notebooks – wide ruled, 1 school box, 1 child-safe scissors (round tip), 1 pkg of washable markers, 2 packs of baby wipes, 2 boxes of facial tissue, 2 containers of disinfectant wipes, 1 box of gallon size sealable plastic bags, 2 pkgs of six sided #2 pencils, 1 pkg of colored pencils, 1 pkg of dry-erase markers, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.

Third Grade
2 pkg of #2 pencils, 2 pink erasers, 1 pencil/crayon box, 1 box of crayons-24 count, 1 box of colored markers or colored pencils, 3 dry-erase markers (any color), 5 -one subject notebooks (red,blue,green,yellow and one of any color), 5 – two pocket folders (red, blue, green, yellow  and a STURDY homework folder of any color), 4 glue sticks, 1 pair of child-safe scissors, 1 ruler with inch measurements on one side and metrics on other side, 2 highlighters, 1 student dictionary, 2 boxes of facial tissue, 1 reusable water bottle, 1 container of disinfectant wipes, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 pencil sharpener, 1 bottle white school glue, 1 box of bandaids, 1 pkg of wide ruled notebook paper, 1 red pen/marking pencil, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.

Fourth & 5th Grade
2 boxes of facial tissues, 2 containers of disinfectant wipes, 1 pencil sharpener with cover, 1 zippered pencil pouch, 1 pair of scissors, 4 pkg of standard #2 pencils, 1 pkg of colored pencils, crayons or markers, 2 pkg of 3 x 5 lined index cards, 3 pkg of wide ruled notebook paper, 2 marble cover composition notebooks, 1 white board eraser, 6 three-prong folders with inside pockets (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange) and 1 folder of student's choice, 1 pkg of highlighters, 1 pkg of dry-erase markers (approx 5 markers), 1 glue stick, 1 bottle of white school glue, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.  PLEASE NO MECHANICAL PENCILS.

6th Grade
24 - #2 pencils, 1 box of facial tissue, 1 pkg of colored pencils, 1 pkg of markers, 2 bottles of white school glue, 2 glue sticks, 1 pair scissors, 5 black pens, 4 highlighters, 3 pkgs of college ruled notebook paper, 1- 3 ring binder, 1 3- hole paper punch (to fit in binder), 1 pencil case (to fit in binder), 1 pkg of binder dividers, 2 folders with inside pockets (any color), 4 spiral notebooks (any color), 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.

Grades 7, 8 & 9
5 colored folders (red,green,blue,yellow,purple), 3 pkg college ruled notebook paper, 3 spiral notebooks, 4 pkg 3 x 5 lined index cards, 4 pkg #2 pencils, pens – (blue, black, red) , pkg glue sticks, pkg colored pencils, pkg colored markers (No Sharpies), 1 pkg baby wipes, 2 pkg disinfecting wipes,  3 boxes facial tissue, 1 roll paper towels, highlighers, 1 pkg dry-erase markers, 1 protractor, 1 ruler with metric and standard measurements, 1 student dictionary, 1 perforated spiral sketchbook -50 pg min, 8 ½ x 11 or larger for Art.
